Applying for a career at AMECO? Here’s what you can expect from the recruitment process. The AMECO human resources team has a process to ensure that the candidate is the right fit for the job and that the job is the right fit for the candidate.
Within one week of receiving your application, one of our recruiters may contact you to discuss the position, briefly talk about your motivation for the job and possibly schedule a first interview.
If you are chosen to move forward with the interview process, you will be notified by the recruiter and the date will be set for your first interview. If you are not chosen to move forward with the interview process, you will be notified via the email address you placed in the system when applying for the position.
Your first interview will be conducted over the phone or on Microsoft Teams. There, you will meet the hiring manager, and it is possible that an additional manager may join the call. The interview will be a deep dive into your work experience. This interview also gives you the possibility to get an understanding of the vacant position.
If you are chosen to move forward into the next phase of interviews, you will be notified by the recruiter and the date will be set for your next interview. If you are not chosen to move forward in the interviewing process, you will be notified via the email address you placed in the system when applying for the position.
When you are invited for the second interview, you might be asked to take a “culture assessment.” This assessment takes about 10 minutes, and you can take it from the comfort of your home. When required, the recruiter might also send you a position-specific assignment. You will receive advanced notice if an assessment or assignment is required for the position you are interviewing for.
The second interview will be an in-person interview. The hiring manager and an additional manager or team member will conduct this interview. When a new person is included, we will do a brief introduction round, and at the end of the interview, we will discuss the outcome of any assessment or assignment.
Typically, after the second interview, the hiring manager will decide whether the candidate will fill the role. If you are not chosen to move forward, you will be notified via the email address you placed in the system when applying for the position.
