Before AMECO participates in any event or sponsorship, there is an approval process. This process is in place to ensure that the event or sponsorship aligns with commercial and corporate goals and gets the attention and support it deserves.

Some quick reminders:

• Submit your requests in a timely manner. If you submit a request for an event or sponsorship that is only a week or two away, it may not be approved.
• In the spirit of our Commercial Alignment and reset, please think carefully about your recommendations on all aspects, from sponsorships to representatives.
• Elaborate and be descriptive in your responses and provide as much information as possible. The approval process will be based on your responses, so please be thorough in your explanations.
