Temporary Facilities

Innovation Meets Mobility

Whether you need office and meeting space on a construction site, a temporary training room, or a comfortable lunch and break area, we’ve redefined what temporary facilities can be. Our innovative modular office solutions are built for operations that need dependable space — fast. Designed for rugged work environments and shipped with exceptional freight efficiency, each unit assembles quickly and can be tailored to your exact layout needs. Whether your project demands workspace, training rooms, or housing, our modular systems deliver a modern, insulated, and highly flexible alternative to traditional trailers

A fully scalable solution to temporary facilities

Logistics
Modular units are shipped in a knock-down state, minimizing the number of truckloads needed. Ships on standard flatbed trailers or standard 40-foot shipping containers. Wide-load capacity is never needed. One standard shipping container can hold up to 800 square feet of insulated buildings or 2,000 square feet of dry storage. An unparalleled freight advantage resulting in reduced logistics costs when compared to traditional stick built temporary facilities.

Portability
Structurally equivalent to an ISO container — the most rugged freight unit available — the modular units can be lifted by crane or offloaded by zoom boom or forklift.

Assembly
Units are assembled in about eight hours and require only semi-skilled labor, hand tools, and some overhead lift support.
Scalable icon
Scalable
A truly modular unit. The panelized wall system offers flexibility to combine units to create an expandable space. The units are easy to reconfigure and refurbish. Choose where doors, windows, or roll-ups are placed, or stack units to create multi-level temporary structures.

Energy Efficiency
The floor and roof structure is insulated to R25 value, and structurally insulated panels are insulated at R20, providing a more comfortable space when working on projects during brutally summers or harshly cold winters.

The Design Advantage

Design

Units are designed using 14 interchangeable structurally insulated panels. Windows and doors can be repositioned for optimal configuration flexibility. Wall panels are spray-foam insulated and resistant to rot and mold, unlike traditional timber-framed trailers.

Modularity

Ideal for space-constrained construction projects. Units are stackable, reducing the footprint of precious laydown space to accommodate your trailer complex.

Engineered to be self-supporting

AMECO’s solution allows for stackable units to satisfy multiple temporary facility needs:

  • Office Complexes
  • Modular Training Rooms
  • Security Stations
  • Workforce Housing
  • Emergency Response or Disaster Relief Housing
